About Laurel

Laurel works the entire Northern Virginia area, and by entire, she means from Ashburn to McLean, from Tyson's Corner to Stafford and all of that which lies between.

One of Laurel's special skillsets is helping both local and remote Sellers prepare their property for our competitive market. Reviewing market statistics and comparable properties, recent updates that are driving price and speed to sale, Laurel provides insight into which updates make sense for each individual Seller.

Working with estates and the adult children of elderly home sellers and those downsizing or managing estates has become a special niche focus for Laurel. 

Laurel works with local and remote Home Buyers as well. Helping clients remotely, Laurel will manage the entire process of your home purchase while you are driving here from Colorado, if that seems like an efficient way to proceed. 

Whether you are local, remote, on your way here or to Florida, Laurel will make the experience a good one, avoiding travel where possible and providing an efficency that her clients find a comfort. First time Buyer, Move-Up Buyer, Seller, Downsizer, Laurel will make the process simple, efficient and successful.

Military members are one more special focus. Laurel grew up in San Diego, on Coronado Island, with the military all around her. She spent some time associated with the military herself as well. She has great VA lenders and knows the process of a PCS move.

Laurel resides in the Fairfax area with her husband, Richard, and their two terriers, Noel, the sweet dog, and Maggie, the vivacious one.

Laurel spends most of her off time exploring Northern Virginia historical sites, small towns and restaurants. If she is not here in town, you can bet that she is visiting one of her two adult children.
